Kevin ten Brinke AIA, LEED AP - Principal

Kevin graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with degrees in Architecture, Building Science, and Business. Kevin is a LEED, AP, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certified Architect registered in multiple states with over 25 years of professional experience in luxury residential design, commercial architecture, landscape design, and commercial real estate development. He is the Principal Architect for KT2 Design Group and Bonin Architects and Associates. Kevin’s ability to nurture a project and work collaboratively are his truest trademarks and his team unity is felt on all the projects he touches.

As a lifelong New Englander raising his family in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Kevin takes pride in being a Wayside Inn Foundation Trustee. Since 2021, he has been entrusted with helping preserve the world-renowned historic Wayside Inn and 100-acre campus for future generations. In his spare time, Kevin can be found traveling, hiking, or at the ice rink.

Kalah Talancy - Principal

Kalah is a graduate of Skidmore College and has worked as a residential Interior Designer for the last 18 years. Kalah prides herself on her creative approach and her visual arts background. After years of working for local interior design firms, opening her firm was a very organic evolution. Kalah prides herself on her ability to hear clients wants and turn them into a well designed, original home.
